7 - inch Internet Tablet ICD Ultra

ICD (Innovative Converged Devices) has come up with compact tablet Ultra, runs on Android. ICD Ultra is based on the chipset NVIDIA Tegra T20, which includes a processor with 1 GHz and an accelerator for graphics and applications. The new mobile chipset will be demonstrated by NVIDIA at CES-2010.

Tablet is equipped with a 7-inch touch screen, which can be both resistive and capacitive, the choice for users. The apparatus is designed for a pleasant and comfortable stay in the Internet and listening multimedia.

    New works without a break of about 4 hours. With NVIDIA Tegra T20, tablet play video in 1080p resolution and it does not consume much energy.  The device will be available in early 2010 year and costs about $ 250.
